01What are the current NeoSkolera monthly plans?
Starter is PKR 2,000/month for up to 300 students, 30 teachers and 1 school. Basic is PKR 3,000/month for up to 500 students, 60 teachers and 3 schools. Growth is PKR 5,000/month for up to 800 students, 100 teachers and 5 schools. Professional is PKR 8,000/month for up to 2,000 students, 200 teachers and 10 schools. Premium is PKR 10,000/month for up to 5,000 students, 500 teachers and 10 schools. Enterprise is PKR 20,000/month with unlimited students, teachers and schools.
02Can monthly plans be used offline?
Yes. Monthly Subscription plans can be used for either Cloud deployment or Offline / Local deployment.
03Can I buy a Lifetime license for Cloud deployment?
No. Lifetime licenses are for Offline / Local deployment only. Cloud deployment requires a Monthly Subscription.
04What Lifetime licenses are available?
Lifetime Basic is PKR 120,000 one-time and Lifetime Basic Pro (Lite) is PKR 180,000 one-time. Both are Offline / Local licenses with unlimited students, teachers and schools. Basic Pro also includes Fee Management & Reports and Teacher Attendance & Reports.
05Are fee vouchers limited each month?
No separate monthly fee-voucher generation quota is applied within the permitted capacity of the selected plan.
06Is setup currently free?
During the active limited-time promotion, eligible Monthly Subscription customers can receive the standard NeoSkolera setup / initial deployment fee free for Cloud or Offline / Local deployment. Hosting, domain, third-party infrastructure, custom work, special integrations, complex migration and non-standard deployment requirements may have separate charges.
07Do you offer a refund?
Yes. A refund request may be made within 3 calendar days from the original purchase/payment date for the eligible NeoSkolera software license/subscription amount only. Other charges such as hosting, domain, setup/deployment services, custom development, integrations, migration and third-party costs are not covered by the standard refund policy.
08Can I cancel a Monthly Subscription?
Yes. A Monthly Subscription can be cancelled at any time and no advance notice period is required. Cancellation is effective immediately: NeoSkolera service access is blocked after cancellation, the current paid billing month is not refunded even if only part of the month has been used, and no monthly licence charge is due from the next billing month onward. For Offline / Local deployment, the customer must stop using and remove or return the NeoSkolera application and NeoSkolera-provided associated software files, copies, licence/configuration material and access details from the customer machine or server. This does not require the school to surrender its own school-owned data.
09Is cancellation the same as a refund?
No. Refund and cancellation are different. The standard refund policy applies only within 3 calendar days from the original purchase/payment date. Cancellation applies to an active Monthly Subscription after the initial refund period or whenever the customer chooses to stop the ongoing monthly service. Lifetime Licenses do not have a cancellation option; only the standard 3-day refund policy applies to an eligible Lifetime License purchase.
10How does Monthly Subscription support work?
Monthly Subscription customers receive ongoing support according to the applicable support scope. Issues may be shared throughout the week, while direct assistance and scheduled fixes are primarily handled on Saturday and Sunday.
11How does Lifetime License support work?
Lifetime License customers receive 14 days of initial support after installation/go-live. After that period, additional support, new features or customizations may require a separate arrangement or quotation.
12Do you provide a public demo URL or credentials?
No. NeoSkolera provides live demonstrations rather than public demo accounts, permanent demo credentials or full public recordings. Demo sessions are available Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to confirmation.
13What does Cloud deployment require?
Cloud deployment uses a Monthly Subscription and may require a domain, server, frontend/backend hosting and database hosting. Third-party infrastructure charges are separate unless explicitly included in a confirmed quotation.
14Can NeoSkolera build custom features or integrations?
Custom features and integrations can be reviewed separately. Feasibility, scope, timeline and pricing must be confirmed by the NeoSkolera technical team before any commitment is made.
