1. Services

NeoSkolera provides school management software and related business services, including optional deployment, onboarding, maintenance, customisation, support, and implementation assistance depending on the package or written agreement.

2. Quotations, Orders, and Activation

Service scope, pricing, modules, limits, and delivery commitments are based on the relevant quotation, invoice, selected package, or other written agreement approved by the customer. Activation, deployment, or delivery begins after required payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. License and Subscription Model

NeoSkolera may be offered in one or more of the following forms depending on the customer requirement and the approved plan:

  • Monthly Subscription: available for Cloud or Offline / Local deployment, subject to the student, teacher and school limits of the selected plan.
  • Lifetime License: available for Offline / Local deployment only. Lifetime licenses are not Cloud licenses.
  • Cloud deployment: requires a Monthly Subscription and may also require separately paid domain, hosting, server and database infrastructure.

Current standard capacities, prices and package details are published on the Pricing page. Where a written quotation contains specifically agreed commercial terms, that quotation applies to the relevant purchase.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and administrative access.
  • Use the software lawfully and for legitimate educational or business purposes.
  • Provide the required infrastructure where offline or self-hosted deployment is used.
  • Pay invoices, renewal charges, and approved service fees on time.

5. Payments, Support, and Change Requests

Payments may be made through bank transfer, manual invoice settlement, or approved third-party payment providers when available. Taxes, hosting charges, domain costs, SMS costs, infrastructure expenses, and third-party fees remain the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the invoice.

Monthly Subscription customers receive ongoing support according to the applicable support scope. Issues may be shared throughout the week, while direct assistance and scheduled fixes are primarily handled on Saturday and Sunday. Lifetime License customers receive 14 days of initial support after installation/go-live; additional support after that period may require a separate arrangement.

Any additional integration, customisation, migration, or feature request outside the approved scope may require separate review, quotation, and delivery planning.

During an active limited-time promotion, eligible Monthly Subscription customers may receive the standard setup / initial deployment fee free. This waiver does not automatically include domain, hosting, third-party infrastructure, advanced managed deployment, custom development, special integrations, complex migration or other non-standard work.

Refunds: the standard refund policy allows a request within 3 calendar days from the original purchase/payment date for the eligible NeoSkolera software license/subscription amount only. Non-license, service and third-party charges are excluded under the standard policy. See the published Refund Policy for complete terms.

6. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation is available only for active Monthly Subscriptions. A customer may cancel at any time and no advance notice period is required.

  • Cancellation is effective immediately and NeoSkolera service/software access is blocked after cancellation.
  • The current paid billing month is not refundable through cancellation, even if only one or two days of that month have been used.
  • No further Monthly Subscription licence charge is due from the next billing month onward.
  • For Offline / Local deployment, the customer must stop using and remove or return NeoSkolera software and NeoSkolera-provided application files, copies, licence/configuration material and access details from the customer machine/server. School-owned institutional data remains the school's property.
  • Lifetime Licenses do not have a cancellation option. They are only subject to the standard 3-calendar-day refund policy where eligible.

Refund and cancellation are separate policies. See the published Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property, Availability, Liability, and Termination

NeoSkolera, including its software, branding, business logic, content, templates, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of NeoSkolera unless a separate written transfer agreement exists. We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, internet issues, hosting incidents, or third-party dependencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoSkolera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service period. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Basis and Contact

These terms are interpreted according to the applicable legal and commercial framework relevant to the service arrangement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
