Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of NeoSkolera software, website content, product demonstrations, quotations, invoices, deployment services, support, maintenance, and related business communications for schools and educational institutions.

1. Services

NeoSkolera provides school management software and related business services, including optional deployment, onboarding, maintenance, customisation, support, and implementation assistance depending on the package or written agreement.

2. Quotations, Orders, and Activation

Service scope, pricing, modules, limits, and delivery commitments are based on the relevant quotation, invoice, selected package, or other written agreement approved by the customer. Activation, deployment, or delivery begins after required payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. License and Subscription Model

NeoSkolera may be offered in one or more of the following forms depending on the customer requirement and the approved plan:

  • monthly subscription plans,
  • one-time or lifetime-style license packages,
  • offline or local server deployment,
  • cloud-hosted deployment or managed setup.

Any limits related to number of schools, students, support scope, infrastructure, hosting, or deployment are defined by the selected package or written agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and administrative access.
  • Use the software lawfully and for legitimate educational or business purposes.
  • Provide the required infrastructure where offline or self-hosted deployment is used.
  • Pay invoices, renewal charges, and approved service fees on time.

5. Payments, Support, and Change Requests

Payments may be made through bank transfer, manual invoice settlement, or approved third-party payment providers when available. Taxes, hosting charges, domain costs, SMS costs, infrastructure expenses, and third-party fees remain the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the invoice.

Support depends on the selected plan or service agreement. Any additional integration, customisation, migration, or feature request outside the approved scope may require separate review, quotation, and delivery planning.

6. Intellectual Property, Availability, Liability, and Termination

NeoSkolera, including its software, branding, business logic, content, templates, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of NeoSkolera unless a separate written transfer agreement exists. We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, internet issues, hosting incidents, or third-party dependencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoSkolera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service period. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Basis and Contact

These terms are interpreted according to the applicable legal and commercial framework relevant to the service arrangement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
