Clear and transparent support policy for both monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses.

Monthly Subscription Support Ongoing Support
Issue sharing: Issues can be shared anytime (email, message, or call).
Solution delivery: Solutions are provided only on Saturday and Sunday.
Ongoing support: Ongoing support is included for monthly subscriptions.
Lifetime / One-Time Subscription Support 14 Days Only
Support duration: 14 days support only (starting from delivery / go-live date).
Solution delivery: Solutions are provided only on Saturday and Sunday.
Support ends: Support ends after 14 days.
Post-support feature & customization policy: After the 14-day support period, customers may request additional features or customizations. These requests are not included in lifetime support. We discuss, analyze requirements, and share a separate cost/quotation. Implementation starts only after mutual agreement on scope and cost.
Note: Ongoing support is not included in lifetime packages. Continuous support requires an active monthly subscription.
Reminder: Online payments on this website are for NeoSkolera subscription/license invoices paid by customers/clients (not for collecting school tuition).
