Important plan rules

Deployment, Support & Voucher Policy

Cloud deployment:
Monthly Subscription only.
Offline / Local deployment:
Monthly Subscription or Lifetime License.
Monthly support:
Ongoing support according to scope; issues may be shared throughout the week, with direct assistance and scheduled fixes primarily on Saturday & Sunday.
Lifetime support:
14 days of initial support after installation/go-live. Further support, customizations or new features may require a separate arrangement.
Fee vouchers:
No separate monthly fee-voucher generation quota within the permitted capacity of the selected plan.
Third-party infrastructure:
Domain, hosting, server and database costs are separate unless explicitly included in a confirmed quotation.
Limited-Time Setup Fee Promotion

Standard setup / initial deployment fee: FREE

Eligible Monthly Subscription customers can receive the standard NeoSkolera setup / initial deployment fee free for either Cloud or Offline / Local deployment during the active promotion.

Monthly subscription fees continue to apply. The promotion has no invented expiry date; availability is confirmed by the NeoSkolera team when you are ready to proceed.

Customer protection

3-Day License / Subscription Refund Window

Refund requests may be made within 3 calendar days from the original purchase/payment date for the eligible NeoSkolera software license/subscription amount only.

Hosting, domain, setup/deployment services, custom development, integrations, migration, third-party costs and other non-license service charges are not covered by the standard refund policy.

Monthly Subscription management

Cancel Your Monthly Subscription Anytime

Monthly Subscription customers can cancel at any time with no advance notice period. Cancellation is effective immediately: service access is blocked after cancellation, the current paid billing month is not refunded through cancellation, and no Monthly Subscription licence charge is due from the next billing month.

For Offline / Local deployment, the customer must stop using and remove or return NeoSkolera software and NeoSkolera-provided associated files, copies, licence/configuration material and access details. Lifetime Licenses do not have a cancellation option; the standard 3-day refund policy is the only applicable post-purchase remedy.
